Ian Hawkey

Ian Hawkey writes for The Sunday Times, for whom he was the European football correspondent, based in Madrid until 2012.
His first book on the history of African football won the prestigious National Sports Councils Football Book of the Year award and was also a finalist in the William Hill Sports Book for the Year. Di Stéfano is his second book.
